Dr. Asit Mandal, Scientist visited Korea to participate in the 20th World Congress of Soil Science (20WCSS) at ICC Jeju, Korea during 8-13th June 2014. He presented in poster session on Bioremediation during this congress.

Dr Pramod Jha, Sr. Scientist (Soil Chemistry) attended international training in the area of Carbon Trading/Carbon Sequestration/Climate Change under HRD programme of NAIP-ICAR held at Carbon Management and Sequestration Centre, School of Environment and Natural Resources, The Ohio State University, USA from 20.12.2013 to 15.03.2014 under the supervision of Dr. Rattan Lal, Distinguished Professor of Soil Science.

Dr. Asit Mandal, Scientist undertaken a short term training in the area of Bioremediation at the Centre for Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation (CERAR), University of South Australia, Adelaide, Australia from September 2 to November 30, 2013. He also participated in the 5th International Contaminated Site Remediation Conference (CleanUp 2013) at Victoria, Melbourne during 15-18th September 2013.

Dr. Sanjay Srivastava, Pr. Scientist, Visited Burkina Faso and Togo in Africa, as a member of official delegation, led by Additional Secretary, DARE and Secretary, ICAR 1-7 during December, 2013 in connection with setting up of different projects under Indo African Forum Summit (IAFS-II). Also presented the project on “Establishing Soil, Water and Tissue Testing Laboratory” before agriculture minister of Burkina Faso on 3rd December, 2013.

Dr. Sangeeta Lenka, Scientist, visited Bonn, Germany for presentation of project proposal on "Assessing the Impact of Tropospheric Ozone on Agro ecosystem and Trace Gas fluxes" in International Climate Protection Fellowships (Alexander Von Humboldt foundation) at 3rd International Symposium on Climate Protection and Resource Conservation for Young Academics "Global Climate Change-Approaches to International Cooperation" from 24th to 27th April 2012

Dr K Ramesh, Sr. Scientist (Agronomy) visited Ohio State University, Piketon, Ohio, USA under USDA Norman E Borlaug International Agricultural Science & Technology Fellowship (sponsored by USDA) during 14th July to 09th Sep 2011 on Organo-zeolite mixtures under the supervision of Prof. Rafiq Islam.

Dr. K. Ramesh, Senior Scientist (Agronomy) visited Germany and Switzerland for his research paper presentation at BIOMET 7 conference held at Albert-Ludwigs-University, Freiburg, Germany during April 12-14, 2010.

Dr. A. Subba Rao, Director and Dr. K. Sammi Reddy, Principal Scientist visited Australia to participate in the 19^th World Congress of Soil Science (WCSS) at Brisbane during 1-5 August 2010. They presented two papers in oral session on Integrated Nutrient Management at WCSS.
